By joining the Element Zero Discord server, participating in clan activities, or interacting with the ZeroCore Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not join or participate.
These terms apply to all members, visitors, applicants, and anyone who interacts with Element Zero's services, including our Discord server, website (elementzeroclan.com), and the ZeroCore bot.
To join the Element Zero Discord server, you must meet the minimum age required by Discord in your country, state, or nation. This varies by region — please refer to Discord's Terms of Service for your local requirement.
To join the Element Zero clan (applying for Recruit rank and participating in clan activities), you must be at least 16 years of age. By applying for clan membership, you confirm that you meet this requirement. As part of the verification process, staff may request that you join a voice call, screenshare your gameplay, and/or turn on your camera to verify your age. Applicants have the right to decline any request they are uncomfortable with — however, if staff are unable to verify your age through alternative means, your application may be declined.
All members of Element Zero are expected to behave respectfully and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or permanent bans at the discretion of Element Zero staff.
ZeroCore is Element Zero's custom Discord bot. By using its commands, you acknowledge and agree that:
ZeroCore and our website integrate with third-party APIs including HenrikDev (Valorant), Fortnite-API.com, the Steam Web API, the Discord API, the YouTube Data API (for our subscriber count), and Twitch via decapi.me (for our follower count and live status). Your use of linked accounts is also subject to those platforms' respective terms of service.
Clan membership in Element Zero is a privilege, not a right. Staff reserve the right to remove any member from the clan at any time for any reason, including but not limited to conduct violations, inactivity, or conduct unbecoming of a clan member in external communities.
Clan ranks are earned through activity, performance, and staff discretion. Element Zero makes no guarantees regarding rank progression timelines.
Element Zero may feature partnered clans and communities on our Partners page. Partnerships are formed by mutual agreement, and either party may end a partnership at any time, after which the listing will be removed.
Partner listings may display publicly available information about that community — such as its name, icon, and approximate member and online counts — retrieved from Discord's public API. This information is provided "as is", may be cached, and may not always be accurate or up to date.
Being listed as a partner does not make Element Zero responsible for that community's content, conduct, moderation, or availability, and does not imply endorsement of everything they do. Likewise, we are not liable for the actions of any partner community or its members.
All content on elementzeroclan.com, including design, text, and graphics, is the property of Element Zero. The ZeroCore bot and its code are proprietary to Element Zero.
Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced (Valorant, Fortnite, Steam) belong to their respective owners. Element Zero is not affiliated with Riot Games, Epic Games, or Valve.
Element Zero's services — including the Discord server, website, and ZeroCore bot — are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Statistics and information displayed on our website — including game stats, server stats, and partner community data — are fetched from third-party APIs (such as Discord, Steam, HenrikDev, and Fortnite-API), are often cached, and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided for general interest only.
Element Zero is not responsible for any loss of data, opportunity, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Element Zero reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our Discord server. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
