Join our Discord server, read the rules, then open a ticket using /ticket and submit a clan application. A staff member will review it within 24–48 hours. Check out the full process on the Apply page.

To join the Discord server, you just need to meet Discord's minimum age for your country. To join the clan itself (Recruit rank and above), you must be 16 or older. You may be asked to verify your age — you can decline any step, but may be rejected if we can't confirm.

Nope — all regions are welcome. Element Zero is based in OCE so most events and scrimmages run on Australian/NZ times, but we have members from all over and there's no region requirement to join.

Possibly. It depends on the other clan and how active you are with us. Talk to staff about your situation — we'll work it out on a case-by-case basis. We just need to know Element Zero isn't getting your leftovers.

Staff will let you know why. In most cases you're welcome to reapply after 30 days. A rejection doesn't mean you're permanently banned from the clan — just that the timing or circumstances weren't right.

There are 5 clan ranks: Recruit → Member → Veteran → Elite → Commander. You progress by staying active, participating in events, and demonstrating good character. Rank-ups are decided by staff — there's no fixed timeline, just consistent effort.

Life happens — just let staff know if you're going to be away for a while. We run periodic activity checks and members who've been silent for an extended period without notice may be removed to keep the clan active. You can always reapply when you're back.

No. We play across 18 different titles — you just need to be active in at least one of them. Most members have a main game and dabble in others. You'll find people to play with regardless of what you're into.

We're competitive but not elitist. We want people who are trying to improve and show up with the right attitude. Natural talent helps, but effort and teamwork matter more to us than your rank or K/D.

ZeroCore is Element Zero's custom-built Discord bot. It handles moderation, game stat tracking, member management, server stats, and more. It's built specifically for our clan and powers a lot of what happens behind the scenes.

Once you're in the server, use /val link [username#tag] for Valorant, /fn link [username] for Fortnite, or /gs link [steamid] for Steam. ZeroCore will start tracking your stats automatically.

ZeroCore stores your Discord user ID, username, linked game accounts, cached stats, and moderation records. All data is stored on our secure Oracle Cloud server in Sydney. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
